Värmlands Nation winners in Nationskampen
As it turns out Sweden has got the best beachvolley students. Yesterdays final was a game between the two winners of student tournaments in Uppsala and Helsinki. And Sweden won thanks to Värmlands Nation Uppsala.

Eckerö Linjen winners in Partner Club Championships
Saturday morning the Paf Open Partner Club Championships was held on the center court before the games. 10 teams participated and Eckerö Linjen won the trophy.

Team Todd Rogers winners of the celebrity game
During the Ater Beach Friday night swedish and finnish celebrities played a friendly game coached by two american olympic champions – Kerri Walsh and Todd Rogers.
The beachvolley skills of the players were different from the players the audience at Paf Open are used to, but they had a good time and they crowd enjoyed the game. After a warm up an tactical advice from coaches Walsh and Rogers the game started. Appearently Todd Rogers was the best coach and lead his team to victory.
Patrik Ekwall in the winning team has experience from the beach. He has four tournament wins from the anual tournament in Båstad and enjoys beachvolley, and winning.

The Beach Party continues
Yesterdays pool party was awesome but there’s more to come. After the games it’s once again time for After Beach, today featuring Nationskampen and to sum it up, the highlight of Saturday – Players Party!
After Beach, as always directly after the games have ended, followed by Nationskampen at 20:00 where swedish and finnish student tournament winners measure up and decide which country rules the beach.
At 21:00 it’s time to enter Alandica and open up the greatest party of the weekend. The house by the center court turns into one big crazy beach party. Stureplan DJ Miss Lopez flips the records and artist Martina Aittolehti will perform.

Friday = Party!
Come celebrate Friday with us at Paf Open. After Beach after the games with Celebrity Game and the final – The Friday Pool Party!
Friday is filled with good beachvolley entertainment. Come try the Sky Bar located on the top of the Center Court with the greatest view in Mariehamn right now. Between the games you can take a break and have a nice meal in the Event Area and enjoy our exhibitors activities for everyone.
When the last game is played it’s time for After Beach with Duo Jag playing in the restaurant tent in the Event Area. At 20:00 there’s a celebrity battle in the sand where swedish and finnish profiles show off their skills (?). At 21:00 it’s time for the legendary first ever – The Friday Pool Party!
So, bring your flip flops, your swimsuit and let’s get the party started!
Back to the Beach at Paf Open
The swedish Back to the Beach Tour visits Paf Open with a Challenger-tournaments for both men and women on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th. Both swedish and finnish players are welcome to participate. There are a few spots left in the tournament – so sign up and play!

Paf Open wouldn’t be anything without the official parties and 2011 we’re going for the record – four beach parties – Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They will take place in different places but they all start at 21:00.

The Friday Pool Party – Legendary pool party in the new Arken Garden!
Players Party – Bring your flip flops and party in Alandica!
Champions Night – Kino will end Paf Open 2011 with a crazy party, be there or be square!
